5B – Paris Rive Gauche Competition for Semapa, mixed programme with a 4-star hotel, youth hostel, start-up incubator, and a restaurant with its own rooftop garden-grown produce. At its very center, this flexible building has a large multi-purpose hall, rich with a its own varied programme : exhibitions, bric-a-brac trading, art galleries, spaces for music festivals… Our T5B project is a small neighbourhood open to the city.
