Social Housing (53 units), Arcueil (94)
The housing units form a U around a central garden that is open to the south and for exclusive use of the residents.
The single, ribbon-like structure of the building creates a fluid link between a range of heights and dimensions. The fracture-free changes in level even make way for an additional façade of terraces, facing due West, with an oblique view out to the new square. These varied volumes also bring plenty of light into the private gardens at the centre of the block.
All of the units enjoy an outside space, 90% of them in a loggia-style with angled walls that open up completely to create a genuine extension to the living space.
